You can but they're fighting to take down all the illegal free copies so you have to pay their monthly subscription. I don't see why you have to go through all that drama when there's plenty of free animation software that don't crash every two minutes like theirs. There's OpenToons, Blender, Krita, and Wick Editor.
And there are plenty of tutorials for them on YouTube.
